If you are for any reason unhappy with any item that you purchased from us we will refund you on a per item basis within 1 week from the time of purchase.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit can be applied to:

  1. Your next order (preferred)
  2. Cash refund (preferred)
  3. Your credit card or original method of payment.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund for Deposit for Jars and Bags

If you choose to discontinue our meal service please return any jars and bags you still might have within 60 days of your last order and we will refund you the $20 deposit. We will not be able to issue a refund after the 60 days.
